Dust Deputy® Bagger Cyclone Separator Kit #AXD000002-DDB

Ideal for fixed installations at dedicated tools, the Dust Deputy Bagger upgrades any make and model wet/dry vacuum into a two-stage dust control system. As dust-laden air enters the cyclone, centrifigual force separates up to 99% of dust and debris from the airstream, depositing it inside the 4-gallon acculumation bin. When the vacuum is turned off, the dust falls into the clear plastic bag - providing a realtime view of the fill level. When the vacuum is turned back on, a combination of vacuum pressure and a steel screen prevents the dust in the bag from being sucked back up into the bin. This can be repeated until the bag is two-thirds of the way full and then the entire bag can be neatly tied off and disposed of without exposing the operator to dust. Kit includes the anti-static cyclone, accumulation bin, wall mount, assembly hardware, and five 3 mil plastic bags.
